HEALTHCARE INTEGRATION INFORMATION

As the Health Industry continues to grow and progress in the United States, an important initiative both nationally and within the State of Indiana centers around the integration of primary health care and behavioral health care.  Individuals interested in integration are welcome to submit "best practice" and other documentation on integration to the Council for inclusion on this page.
