Legislative Updates
The Indiana General Assembly is well underway, and many bills impacting community mental health, Medicaid, and the health care industry have been filed. The ICCMHC is continuing to monitor legislation to ensure that the full value of community mental health services are understood by the legislature.
The attached link provides the current bill tracking legislation summary as of 1/28/2010. Priority is given to legislation in terms of the overall impact to Community Mental Health Center providers.
